Hello World!
Alexa here, just another software engineer eager to learn and develop high quality web applications while keeping my cat happy too. My primary language of choice is Javascript, however I like to dabble with Java and Python as well. Some of my other interests include video games (my favorite games are Tetris and Hollow Knight) and playing the piano (unfortunately my small apartment only has room for a keyboard but I hope to have space for a baby grand piano one day).

Pintrips
A progressive web application that allows users to create, journal, collaborate, and share their trips on 'place boards' in real-time. Pintrips uses a React binding of MapboxGl for each map view, Google's Cloud Firestore to store and sync data, and service workers for offline functionality. An interval training mobile application created using React Native and Google's Cloud Firestore and built in only four days for a hackathon. HIITme is a fun but aggressive personal trainer application that allows users to customize their interval training workout and randomly generates movitvational quotes and memes.
Global State of Cyber
An interactive video application and first part of Fullstack Academy’s Hacking 101 course. This course is geared towards those interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity and this application walks through a series of videos uncovering the the global threat today.
